How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). This helps us assess the issue quickly and process your request.
- Once we review your submission, we will get back to you with a resolution—either a refund or a replacement.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Please retain the original packaging and damaged item until we have resolved your request.
