How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). This helps us assess the issue quickly and process your request.
  3. Once we review your submission, we will get back to you with a resolution—either a refund or a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or incorrect.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Please retain the original packaging and damaged item until we have resolved your request.
